Now in its fifth successful year, and following on from the visit to the region of minister Clair Perry to launch the Offshore Wind Sector deal, EEEGR is delighted once more to welcome developers, operators, supply chain companies and skills and training providers to our East Anglian Event which forms part of the national programme of celebrations of all that is good about offshore wind.
With over 50% of installed capacity of offshore wind off the coast of Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex the East of England is at the very epicentre of offshore wind nationally and internationally. And with this percentage figure planned to continue through to 2030 it’s no wonder all eyes turn to our region to celebrate these achievements.
Previous years have seen updates from developers, innovations from supply chain companies, developments from local authorities keen to attract inward investment and passionate presentations from students and young people looking to forge a career in the industry. This year, in addition to these conference sessions, we are planning to hold a conference dinner, organise site visits to windfarm control rooms, skills centres and local supply chain companies as well as conducting breakout workshops on subjects of relevance to the supply chain.
The event has always been a sell out so we recommend that you book your places early, booking to open soon.
A limited number of sponsorship opportunities are still available, contact Esmee Thornton at email@example.com for more information.
