The Energy Skills Foundation Programme (ESFP) is a one year college based level 2 pre-apprenticeship course which is currently being delivered by the Great Yarmouth and the Lowestoft campus of East Coast College. The programme was developed by industry and aims to introduce students to the main engineering disciplines required within the energy industry so that they can make an informed career choice.
We are looking for volunteers to assist us in the delivery of the ESFP Speed Interview event which will take place from 09:00 until 12:00 on 18th March at the Lowestoft Campus of East Coast College. A complimentary breakfast will be provided.
We’d like to hear from individuals with interviewing experience who are able to deliver interviews and provide feedback to the ESFP students. Each student interview will last up to five minutes, and we expect that each interviewer will participate in a maximum of six student interviews during the event. Time will also be given for interviewers to examine each student’s CV as well as to complete a feedback form which will be fed back to the colleges and to their students to aid their future development.
If you are interested in attending, or for further information regarding the ESFP, please contact Marie Hoskins-Davies – email@example.com
