Celia is an Executive Director for EEEGR. She leads the Skills for Energy Programme.

Originally seconded by DECC, Celia now works directly for EEEGR tackling the skills agenda, promoting skilled people, trained locally for local employment. Celia has also worked in a diversity of areas in the civil service including ergonomics, staff training and environmental protection.
