John Best leads the executive team with passion and determination. He is an ambassador for the region's energy industry engaging at all levels across the globe ensuring EEEGR's members gain the best opportunities for sustainable business development. John has extensive experience in building effective strategic relationship, this being recognised recently by being awarded the Trade Association Forum's 2007 Best Practice Award for Individual Contribution to the sector.

Kelly Delf, Finance & Events Manager

Kelly's role in EEEGR is to manage the extensive events schedule of breakfasts, conferences and other networking opportunities. Kelly has extensive experience is event management, taking a holistic role from concept to close of conference. Kelly maintains the management accounts and provides and coordinates administrative and organisational support to the executive team.

Stewart Overy, Membership & Communications
Stewart leads on marketing, communication and membership activities taking an active role in developing EEEGR's membership offer. Over the past two years Stewart has developed a wide range of marketing tools used to develop EEEGR's profile and support the promotion of our respective member companies. Stewart's background in the media gives him a distinct advantage in developing appropriate marketing/communication strategies and campaigns, the EEEGR brand being the best example there is. Stewart is the project manager for the High Energy Schools Challenge and is the driving force behind the website, EEEGR News and the membership directory.

Charlotte Upcraft, Administrator

Charlotte's role in EEEGR is to provide support to the EEEGR team in day-to-day administration, including the Skills for Energy Programme Director and the Chief Executive. Charlotte also assists in coordinating membership development plans; managing member communications including responding to member queries and supporting the production and inventory of membership material.

Celia's role is to facilitate the close collaboration crucial across the industry and government to address the issues and support the development of the industry.

Chanda Kapande - Regional International Trade Advisor for Energy
She has worldwide experience, working in a variety of countries including the United States and West Africa and has export expertise in the fields of engineering and renewable energy. She has also been involved in international exhibition management.
