Job Vacancy - Sales Person
As a growing company 4C Offshore has a unique service offering with a global reach and corresponding customer portfolio covering the offshore energy sector. We are continuously developing our sales approach and want you to be part of this.
We seek an ambitious confident salesperson of high integrity to develop growing online “advertising” sales. You will be a strategic member of a developing team responsible for acquiring brand new customer relationships and improve existing ones. You will need to demonstrate your ability to reach out to new contacts using the telephone as well as other communication techniques in order to develop positive relationships leading to increased sales. The role attracts a basic salary and a generous commission.
- · Good telephone skills and a persuasive demeanour.
- Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries rapidly and efficiently.
- Gathering market and customer information as input to sales activities.
- Listening to customers, their requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
- Cold calling to prospect for new business.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement (costs, delivery and specifications) and closing sales.
- Representing 4C Offshore at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations as required.
- Managing objections to lead to a purchase.
- Advising forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
- Recording sales and order information accurately.
- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Reporting customer concerns and issues.
- Developing sales metrics and reporting thereof.
- Feeding future buying trends back to employers.
- Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
Experience in customer sales and services
Experience in contacting businesses on the phone as well as face to face
Working House & Wages
5 days per week (40 hours)
Base salary dependent on experience, plus commission
