Job Vacancy - Membership and Business Development Assistant
Full time permanent position 37.5 hours a week

The East of England Energy Group (EEEGR) is a trade body, skills association and business development organisation representing the energy sector and its supply chain in the East of England. We are committed to the delivery of benefits for our 300 members, achieved through a comprehensive programme of events and industry led activities.
To help fulfil our commitments, develop new services and grow our membership, we are looking for a Membership and Business Development Assistant to support the activities of our Business Development, Special Projects and Membership Manager. The successful applicant will have good written and verbal communication skills, organisational skills, competent IT skills and an aptitude for analysis and statistics. Experience of CRM software would be an advantage. They will need a full clean driving licence with their own mode of transport, and be able to undertake site visits and occasional overnight stays.
The successful applicant will assist the Business Development, Special Projects and Membership Manager in attracting new members to the organisation, processing member applications, producing agendas, minutes and reports for member Special Interest Groups, and compiling statistics and documents for board reports. They will also have the opportunity to assist in organising and running EEEGR events.
