08:30 - 16:00
EEEGR 08' is the East of England's biggest all-energy event and this year it's being held at The Natwest Rowley Mile Conference Centre in Newmarket.
Moving towards secure and sustainable sources of energy to power a lower carbon economy - we know there's not a single answer. It's about a diverse energy mix which forms the backdrop to this years programme. EEEGR '08 is our flagship "all-energy" event which brings everyone to the table. Wherever your company sits in the supply chain, the opportunities are out there and let's not forget that using energy wisely is perhaps even more important than producing it sustainably.
The future of the southern North Sea gas basin and the important role of carbon capture, the rapid growth in the offshore renewables market, the possibility of nuclear new build, and the underlining skills issue are amongst the hot topics at this year's conference.
