Make or Break: Managing Exits from Commercial Property
Howes Percival are pleased to invite you to the next Commercial Property seminar, which will be conducted by Jamie Kidd. Jamie heads up our property litigation team.
This seminar will focus on commercial estate management issues which will be relevant both to occupiers, and to investors in tenanted properties. In particular, following case law earlier this year, this seminar will provide practical advice for businesses who have to manage an exit from tenanted property or have to deal with tenants who leave, but fail to return the property in accordance with the terms of their lease.
The seminar will also deal with some of the difficulties in relation to break notices, and what steps can be taken to mitigate those risks.
