EPISCentre

The EPISCentre (Energy Production Innovation Skills Centre) will be a flagship centre of excellence for energy skills training in the East of England. As a hub, the EPISCentre will be a regional coordinator of energy skills training.

It will promote awareness of the energy industry to both potential employees (including schools) and to potential inward investors. It can ensure training provision meets the needs of employers and individuals quicker, better and more cost effectively.

Still currently under development, the EPISCentre has identified two potential sites – South Denes, Great Yarmouth or Riverside, Lowestoft. Along with providing training courses, the EPISCentre complex will have conference, classroom and workshop facilities all located on one site.
