Sid joined HSBC Bank Plc in 1988, and was appointed to a management position at the age of 25. Completing a spectrum of management roles, Sid spent his last 5 years managing businesses generating revenues between £10 - £25m and would also lead on management buy outs/in.  He believes this experience gives him a valuable insight into the challenges facing local businesses.

After 20 years within HSBC Sid felt the time was right to look for a new challenge and having spent his entire life in the Great Yarmouth area, and grown up with the oil & gas industry, a move to this sector was inevitable.

Since joining CLS Offshore over 3 years ago, Sid has been very keen to further develop the local supply chain and champion the region as a centre of excellence within the sector.
