Industry Spotlight

Industry Spotlight is a unique and contemporary teaching tool designed to encourage school students to consider careers in industries that directly affect the UK economy. 

The purpose of the DVDs and website is to help deal with the critical skills shortages facing many industries.  The target audience for the series is young adults aged 12-25 years.  Each DVD is based on a particular industry and shows a 7 minute case studies following young people within companies, illustrating what it is like to work within the industry.  Eighteen months was spent researching young adults and their decision processes prior to filming or production.  We worked with teachers and government closely to guarantee the subject matter was delivered to curriculum standards and to ensure inspirational content.
